Policies
*Each Session Requires a non refundable 50% retainer fee to secure your session. Only after your retainer is received will your booking be honored.
 
How to book:
- Select your preferred offering on the offerings page.
- Select your ideal date & time
- Complete your booking form providing necessary details & information
- Please include any references/ photo inspiration NOTE: inspirations will be used as a guide NOT a direct copy.
- Once consultation is finalized & your idea is selected, you will receive an invoice email. A 50% non refundable retainer fee will be required within 24 hours to secure your session.
- The starting price listed is subject to vary with selected add ons.
- Clients are encouraged to to review them accordingly
- Event photography & bigger projects ( such as brand packages) require custom consultations.
ARRIVALS:
- To respect other bookings, your session will begin & end at the scheduled times.
- To maximize shooting time, please arrive completely dressed & ready to begin .
- All clients are encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure comfort prior to your session.
- Please do NOT arrive any earlier than 5-10 minutes as the studio may still be in use or being carefully curated for your personalized experience.
- Wardrobe, Hair, & Make up changes made during the session will be counted towards the scheduled session time.
Cancellations/Rescheduling:
- Retainers are non refundable. Sessions have a ONE time rescheduling window ONLY if they are requesting within 48 hours prior to your initial chosen date & time.Requests made within the 48 hour window will have a $60 fee.

- Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a forfeited session & will require a new deposit to book.
ARRIVAL

Offerings & Deliverables:
-Clientele are encouraged to promptly download their images once their gallery is delivered.
-Final images will be delivered within 7-14 business days after final selections are received.
-Complex creative edits or larger galleries may be subject to additional time.
-Rush Delivery is available for an additional fee.
- Final galleries have an active lifespan of 30 days. Once 30 days have passed, galleries will be removed.
- Watermarked galleries will be delivered within 24 hours of your sessions completion. It is the client’s responsibility to make their selections promptly.
- Delays in selections will result in delays of final deliverables.
GUESTS:
- To ensure everyone’s comfort is prioritized & A focused creative space is achieved, all guests have a 2 guest limit per session.
- -Guests are encouraged to respect the studio space & the photographer’s expertise.
- I If children or additional guests are not previously communicated to be in attendance for safety purposes, your photographer reserves the right to forfeit your deposit & cancel your session.
- Please include all parties involved in your session via your contact form, as no guests will be able to additionally join your session the day of.
